About Cohere Health

Cohere Health is a clinical intelligence company that provides intelligent prior authorization as a springboard to better quality outcomes by aligning physicians and health plans on evidence-based care paths for the patient's entire care journey.

Job Description

Cohere Health is illuminating healthcare for patients, their doctors, and all those who are important in a patient’s healthcare experience, both in and out of the doctors office.  Founded in August, 2019, we are obsessed with eliminating wasteful friction patients and doctors experience in areas that have nothing to do with health and treatment, particularly for diagnoses that require expensive procedures or medications.  To that end, we build software that is expressly designed to ensure the appropriate plan of care is understood and expeditiously approved, so that patients and doctors can focus on health, rather than payment or administrative hassles.

Opportunity Overview:

Reporting to the SVP of People, the Director, HR Operations will be responsible for leading a wide range of HR services and partnerships to support the initiatives and strategic goals of the organization. This position is responsible for partnering with the business stakeholders to formulate and execute plans to optimize structure, people, systems, and processes.  You, and the entire People Operations team, will be responsible for providing both strategic and tactical HR support to all Cohere departments.  The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders, managers, and colleagues to build a high-performance organization and culture that recognizes and values differences, and where teamwork is expected.  This role will represent People Operations by communicating philosophies, processes, policies, and capabilities to department management and employees.

Last but not least: People who succeed here are empathetic teammates who are candid, kind, caring, and embody our core values and principles. We believe that diverse, inclusive teams make the most impactful work. Cohere is deeply invested in ensuring that we have a supportive, growth-oriented environment that works for everyone.
