Job Description

FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt

 

Summary of Position:

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our organization as we pursue our mission to change the patient financial experience for good. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist in the daily functions of full-cycle recruitment and partner with department managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process. The qualified candidate will have experience managing high volume, multi-calendar scheduling for a fast-paced, high-growth company.

 

Key Activities:

  • Coordinates the full cycle hiring process for both technical and non-technical open positions.
  • Schedules a high-volume of Zoom interviews, phone screens, and onsite meetings.
  • Works with interviewers to collect feedback and schedule pre/post-interview meetings to make continuous progress towards a timely hiring decision
  • Tracks candidate progress in ATS
  • Ensures that candidates are continuously informed regarding hiring decisions
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree preferred,
  • 2+ years of administrative or scheduling experience required.

 

Location:

  • This position is based in Boise, ID.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this position.
