Marketing Programs Manager

Reports to: Director of Marketing Campaigns and Content

Summary of Position:

The Marketing Programs Manager will help manage, execute and scale VisitPay’s demand generation efforts. This person is responsible for developing and executing outbound, multi-channel marketing campaigns for the VisitPay platform, including events, webinars, and other tactics that will generate qualified responses and leads. This person will work on cross-functional teams with Sales, Marketing, Product and executive leadership to accomplish marketing goals and objectives. The Marketing Programs Manager will combine strengths in B2B marketing programs, content, and design with a strong sense of organization and project management execution discipline.

Key Activities:

  • Partner with various teams (marketing, product, sales and executive leadership) to develop strategies to drive demand for the VisitPay platform at large integrated health systems across the US
  • Discover opportunities and drive change by proactively identifying marketing innovations and activating the latest B2B marketing techniques
  • Make recommendations on potential demand generation initiatives to target markets
  • Oversee marketing tactics from beginning-to-end by coordinating available resources and ensuring projects stay on time, budget and expected outcome
  • Follow and analyze market trends and apply concepts to marketing campaigns
  • Extract reports and campaign analytics from events, webinars, etc., draw conclusions and present recommendations
  • Develop content that is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
  • Work closely and coordinate efforts of creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel

  • Knowledge of best practices of digital marketing in a B2B context, including which content and approaches work on each channel and why
  • Can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on the client


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management role within a marketing, sales or office environment
  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce and other marketing automation systems strongly preferred
  • Experience with Adobe products and Jira is helpful
  • Enjoys learning across multiple disciplines; technical, business, process, and management


  • This position is based in Boise, ID
  • Occasional travel is anticipated, to support key marketing events
