Due to the strong growth potential of our Connect business we are seeking a Senior Director of Connect Channel Sales & Strategy to join the Connect team. Reporting to the Vice President, Connect Ecosystem, the Channel Sales Executive is accountable for driving the achievement of Connect sales and revenue goals of the Connect Ecosystem through his/her own direct sales efforts and by also supporting the Welltok Sales team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that will be expected to quickly learn the Welltok & Connect product offerings and strategies, while leveraging previous sales experience to drive forward customer development and generate new revenue. This position also requires proactively leveraging and building relationships with all 50+ of our Connect Ecosystem Partners, allowing the Channel Sales Executive to sell Welltok product offerings to our Ecosystem Partners but to also generate sales leads/referrals coming from our Partners’ book of business/sales pipelines. Channel Sales will work with Legal, Marketing, Market Solutions, Finance, and Sales, effectively managing a broad group of internal stakeholders. The Channel Sales Executive will also be responsible for leading Connect sales support to the Welltok Sales teams, enabling them to successfully understand the nuances of our Connect portfolio of Partners to help generate Connect sales volume.
Ultimately, the Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with Partners to ensure smooth Partner services and an exceptional Partner experience, which is required to grow Connect sales, Partner sales leads & referrals. The Channel Sales Executive will meet with assigned Partners on a regular basis, establish a Connect Sales pipeline strategy and a sales forecast. The estimated compensation for this position includes an annual salary between $120,000 to $130,000 with a commission plan.
