What will you do everyday?

We are looking for a Partner Product Marketing Manager who understands that in healthcare, partnerships only succeed when solutions are deeply embedded, clearly positioned, and easy to adopt. In this role, you will work at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure Suki’s Ambient Clinical Intelligence platform is seamlessly integrated into partner technologies, including EHRs and strategic ecosystem platforms.

You will own the partner-facing product narrative, enablement, and launch readiness, helping partners bring Suki-powered capabilities to market with clarity and confidence. This includes developing messaging, onboarding materials, and partner toolkits that make it easier for healthcare organizations to deploy Suki at scale and reduce administrative burden.

You will serve as the connective tissue between internal product teams and external partners, ensuring that partner integrations are packaged, launched, and supported effectively, and that partner feedback continuously informs our roadmap and execution. This role owns the critical question: “What are we building, and how do partners understand it?”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Product Strategy: Create and validate the partner-facing product roadmap.
  • Communication & Positioning: Develop partner-ready messaging and positioning, and coordinate partner communications around product releases and important service updates.
  • Launch Enablement: Own the enablement process for partners during product releases, partner facing documentation, internal partner launch coordination.Develop and maintain partner onboarding, training, and readiness materials to support successful adoption and deployment.
  • Internal Alignment: Drive cross-functional alignment among Product, Sales, Customer Success (CS),Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
  • Voice of the Partner: Be the structured channel for partner feedback into product by collecting partner feedback, identify patterns across integrations, and driving prioritization discussions.

  • Technical Acumen: Conceptually understands Application Program Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs) and is well-spoken on the benefits of AI.

Qualifications*

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or go-to-market roles at a technology company (healthcare or enterprise SaaS preferred)
  • A bias toward action, experimentation, and measurable impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and external partners with clarity and urgency
  • Demonstrated experience supporting partner ecosystems, integrations, or platform-based business models
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into simple, partner-ready messaging and enablement materials
  • Willingness to learn and understand new partner business models
  • Curiosity and willingness to quickly learn new partner business models, workflows, and healthcare market dynamics
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, EHR workflows, or clinical documentation is a plus

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the OTE salary range for this role is between $170,000 -180,000. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
