The Sr. Manager, Operations Planning, Performance, & Workforce Management (“Sr. Manager, Operations”) will be responsible for leading various operational processes and initiatives to drive improvements to financial targets, client-facing goals, and operational efficiency metrics. The role will report to the Assistant Vice President of Operations. The Sr. Manager, Operations will help drive improvements to operational processes and respond to trends in various metric categories (productivity, financial, clinical, patient satisfaction). This role will enhance thought leadership within the broader clinical operations organization, bringing perspectives on how to meet operational and financial performance objectives.
Responsibilities
Build staff work schedules and setting dialer priorities
Balance capacity and adjusting ramp assumptions
Set workforce management/planning technology agenda and submit requests to technology teams
Manage appointment scheduler rules
Own roadmap for staff productivity tracking dashboards, set threshold analysis and goals for staff productivity and balanced scorecard analysis, advising operations improvement and margin management initiatives.
Maintain capacity plan and inputs to financial forecast
Develop and/or improve staffing/caseload models
Drive realization of operational cost management and productivity enhancement initiatives
Identify critical process and performance gaps and lead initiatives to drive improvements
Perform ad hoc analyses (New population builds, Operational inputs to FP&A to price new client and market implementations, Ops cost reduction opportunities, Enrollment initiative impact projections, Quality initiative impact projections)

Qualifications
Required
Bachelors’ degree (ex. – business management, operations, engineering, finance, economics, mathematics)
5+ years experience in operations, business management, or finance role
3+ years in a workforce management/planning role
3+ years experience analyzing operational or financial data (e.g., productivity and workforce data, budgets, etc.)
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Preferred
Experience working in the healthcare industry
