The Somatus rotational Program focuses on the development of high-impact leaders. Participants complete rotations in select areas of the business, options include Finance, Operations, Business Development, Technology, AI & Analytics, and Clinical where they make meaningful contributions.
Responsibilities
The program provides individualized career pathing guidance, customized learning & development opportunities, and impactful on-the-job responsibilities.
In Somatus’ fast growth environment, you will have direct exposure to an exciting and innovative business as well as access to a highly talented and driven senior leadership team.
Program Structure:
- Participants will have the opportunity to rotate within a specific function or cross-functional intervals for 6 months.
- Develop subject matter, business, and functional expertise within selected functions.
- Advance both soft and technical skills
- Develop a strong network of teammates and peers within and outside the rotational program cohort.
- Develop an understanding of how Somatus operates.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with an expected graduation date of May – June 2026
- 4+ years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting
- Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications, inclusive of presenting complex information to senior business leaders
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
What does my future look like?
Upon successful completion of the program, any (post-program completion) positions with Somatus will be identified based on your capabilities. If a position is available and you are the selected candidate, you would join Somatus as a full-time employee.
