The NetSuite Administrator will oversee Somatus’s NetSuite environment. As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, customizing, and optimizing the current NetSuite architecture. You will work collaboratively with all departments to improve the functionality within NetSuite to meet the demands of each job function within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuite and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite-related inquiries
  • Manage daily administration, integration, and maintenance operations of NetSuite and related business systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions that enhance workflow efficiency and user experience
  • Manage NetSuite projects and act as solutions architect for NetSuite and integrated systems to proactively enhance functionality
  • Oversee workflows, reports, and dashboards
  • Develop effective monitoring procedures for the NetSuite environment
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including managing user accounts, roles, and permissions
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other customizations to tailor NetSuite to the organization's specific needs and ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with business teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems and applications
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between NetSuite and other business-critical systems, maintaining data consistency, integrity, and automation
  • Provide user support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering training sessions
  • Create and maintain documentation to assist users in understanding NetSuite functionalities
  • Implement and enforce security best practices to safeguard sensitive data within NetSuite
  • Define and manage user roles and access controls to align with the principle of least privilege
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for improved efficiency
  • Stay current with NetSuite updates and enhancements

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Minimum 5 years of NetSuite experience

· Extensive Project Management experience with focus on gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and complex solutioning

· Experience managing third-party vendors

· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms

· Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

· Excellent problem solving skills

· Efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, page layouts, searches, and reports

· Experience with SuiteScript and Suiteflow

· Experience in automating and improving financial processes like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report within NetSuite

· Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment

Education and Experience:

· CPA

· Prior experience with healthcare businesses preferred

· 3+ years managing high level projects preferred

· Familiarity with integration platforms such as ZIP and UKG
