The Director of Recruiting will lead all aspects of talent acquisition across clinical and non-clinical roles. This leader will be responsible for building scalable recruiting infrastructure, driving hiring excellence, and partnering closely with executives and hiring managers to attract top talent in a competitive healthcare and tech landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Own and evolve the company’s end-to-end recruiting strategy, operations, and team structure.
- Lead a high-performing recruiting team and oversee all hiring pipelines—from clinical field roles to corporate and technology functions.
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast headcount needs and workforce plans.
- Recruiting Operations & Process Design
- Build and continuously improve recruiting infrastructure, including sourcing strategy, interview processes, ATS optimization, and reporting.
- Develop consistent, scalable hiring processes that deliver high-quality candidate experiences and reduce time-to-fill.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor recruiting performance, pipeline health, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development
- Partner with Marketing and People teams to elevate the employer brand and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Drive campaigns and sourcing initiatives to ensure ongoing access to top talent across healthcare, tech, and operations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success building and scaling recruiting functions in a high-growth, multi-site services or tech-enabled healthcare company.
- Deep understanding of clinical and corporate/technical recruiting practices.
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and mission-driven environment.
