How you will help

As a Solutions Consultant, AI Enablement, you will design and deliver AI-enabled workflows and low/no-code tools that sit on top of HealthVerity’s data warehouse. Your mission is to empower internal teams to streamline operations, accelerate real-world data (RWD) use cases, and scale adoption of enterprise AI tools across the organization.

You will be the AI prompting and tool development authority for internal teams, ensuring accurate, relevant outputs that support a wide range of RWD workflows (e.g., clinical trial enablement, RWE generation, patient journey analysis). In this role, you will partner closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to create scalable internal solutions and provide structured feedback that helps inform product development. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how AI is deployed across HealthVerity’s internal operations and RWD workflows. You’ll establish the standards for prompt libraries, workflow automation, and team enablement — ensuring AI adoption is consistent, compliant, and impactful. Your work will serve as the foundation for how AI is scaled across the company.

What you will do

  • Build AI-enabled workflows and applications: Develop lightweight prototypes and internal tools, automations, and templates using platforms like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Replit, Make.com, Zapier, or similar.
  • Prompt engineering: Create, refine, and maintain prompt libraries tailored to internal RWD workflows, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and repeatability.
  • Data and knowledge hygiene: Maintain clean, structured data inputs and prompt repositories that enable teams to scale their use of AI consistently.
  • Cross-functional enablement: Translate RWD use cases into scalable, repeatable AI-enabled tools that can be used by non-technical teams.
  • Voice of the internal customer: Capture and synthesize feedback from pre- and post-sale internal teams, relaying insights back to product and engineering.
  • Training & adoption: Develop enablement materials, playbooks, and training programs that raise AI literacy across HealthVerity.
  • Evaluate and benchmark tools: Stay current with emerging AI platforms, recommending and piloting tools that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Governance & compliance: Ensure all AI workflows align with privacy, security, and compliance standards.

How success will be defined

  • Delivery of multiple AI-enabled workflows per quarter with measurable efficiency gains.
  • High adoption rates of AI tools across internal teams.
  • Improved accuracy and consistency of AI-enabled outputs through prompt libraries and structured workflows.
  • Clear enablement materials and training that raise AI literacy and confidence within the organization.
  • Documented feedback loops between internal teams and product/engineering.

Required skills and experience

  • 3+ years building no-/low-code automations, workflows, or tools in a business setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering and working with LLM-based tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and real-world data (claims, EHR, labs, registries or related patient-level datasets) and how they are used in life sciences.
  • Hands-on proficiency with platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Replit, or Gemini.
  • Experience with modern data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, etc) and cloud computing best practice.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to explain complex systems to non-technical colleagues.
  • Understanding of responsible AI and data governance in regulated industries.

Desired skills and experience

  • Exposure to healthcare or life sciences data is a plus.
  • Experience creating playbooks, libraries, or training programs to scale technology adoption.
  • Passion for experimenting with new AI tools and quickly prototyping solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise information security and compliance processes.
  • Experience working in internal solutions, product operations, or analytics enablement roles.
  • Experience with external client-facing consulting or solutioning.
  • Passion for experimenting with new AI tools and rapidly prototyping solutions.
  • Previous exposure to healthcare or life sciences data is a plus.

Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $120,000 - 155,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
