You will build new relationships expanding our overall data ecosystem, lead our partner pipeline and drive strategic business development initiatives, to both recruit high value data partners and sell various offerings from HealthVerity to our data partner ecosystem.
What you will do
- Understand and effectively utilize HealthVerity’s core capabilities to identify, evaluate and prioritize potential partners with regards to overall data ecosystem strategy, feasibility of data in market and data onboarding requirements. This will require the development of new relationships from cold calls to contract execution
- Manage opportunity execution through our established processes with internal stakeholders and partners to insure successful partner onboarding
- Work with HealthVerity leadership to Inform overall data ecosystem development strategy and direction
- Understand HealthVerity’s core capabilities in order to become a trusted advisor to our partners
- Work with key internal stakeholders to define goals and requirements, capture metrics, cadences, reporting and forecasting
- Responsible for ongoing partner pipeline maintenance and updates
- Creatively solution high priority complex problems with new and existing ecosystem partners, driving revenue and greater integration/stickiness of HealthVerity as their foundational technology partner
- Manage end to end execution of strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
How success is defined
- Successfully identified, engaged, and onboarded high-value data partners, expanding HealthVerity’s data ecosystem.
- Driven measurable revenue through strategic partnerships, enhancing integration and stickiness of HealthVerity’s offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor by partners, effectively leveraging HealthVerity’s capabilities to influence the broader healthcare data landscape.
- Streamlined partner onboarding processes, collaborated effectively with internal teams, and ensured seamless execution of complex partnerships.
Required skills and experience
- Strong healthcare background with an understanding of the industry and health IT landscape at large is required
- Understanding of real-world data and the application to HealthVerity client landscape is required
- Strategic business development, channel development and/or direct sales experience as a self starter in identifying, cultivating and closing business through objection handling and negotiation
- Direct experience developing and managing complex partner or channel relationships
- Proven ability to manage the execution of strategic, complex deals and relationships
- Strong follow up and task management skills
- Strong executive presence
- Ability to travel as needed
Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $140,000 - 190,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
We prioritize hiring team members from the Philadelphia area whenever possible, as our main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required two days a week. However, for certain roles, we’re also open to hiring from our hub locations, where we have groups of remote workers. Please note that, due to tax and labor regulations, we can only hire from specific states, but remote work is supported in the following key hubs and approved states:

- Compensation: competitive base salary & annual bonus opportunity (for non-commissioned roles)
