Our innovative model is led by Nurse Practitioners and focused on outcomes, not volume—meaning we prioritize quality over quantity, spend more time with our patients, and are accountable for their health and well-being. Whether through our own senior-focused primary care clinics or our suite of integrated clinical solutions for health plans and provider groups, we are making value-based care more accessible and more effective. We help reduce avoidable healthcare costs, improve clinical outcomes, and create a best-in-class patient experience. If you're passionate about transforming healthcare and delivering meaningful care to those who need it most, Greater Good Health offers a purpose-driven, collaborative, and supportive environment where your work can make a lasting impact. The Role The Director of IT Infrastructure & Security will be the principal architect and hands-on leader of Greater Good Health’s enterprise technology environment. - High-Autonomy Vendor Management: Serve as the primary lead for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and technical vendors. Hold partners accountable for SLA performance and high-quality service delivery across the enterprise.
- Cloud & Identity Management: Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure environments, and Okta/SSO integrations. Drive the strategy for Mobile Device Management (MDM) to secure a distributed workforce.
- Budgetary Oversight: Manage the IT infrastructure and inventory budget, ensuring efficient hardware procurement and software licensing as the organization grows.
Requirements - Experience: 10+ years of IT domain experience, with at least 3-5 years in a high-impact leadership or individual contributor Director-level role.
- Soft Skills: High degree of autonomy and self-direction. You must be comfortable making high-stakes technical decisions independently and managing your own workstreams in an agile startup environment.
- Healthcare Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of healthcare data privacy laws (HIPAA/HITECH) and experience securing clinical environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Azure, Okta, and enterprise networking in a cloud-first environment.
- Certifications: Professional cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or healthcare IT certifications (CAHIMS, ISC) preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
Perks and Benefits: Free lunch and parking available daily for in office presence! - Competitive Compensation Package: We offer a competitive compensation package to recognize your valuable contributions and ensure your financial security.
- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits: Take advantage of comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, to prioritize your health and well-being. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) available.
- Paid Time Off: Enjoy paid holidays, vacation time, and paid parental leave to maintain a healthy work-life balance and spend quality time with your loved ones.
