| Job Title: Director, Healthcare Analytics Job Location: 3 days a week in our El Segundo, CA HQ (Tuesday's mandatory), 2 days remote Company Description Greater Good Health is a fast-growing organization delivering care to older adults in access starved communities. Our innovative model is led by Nurse Practitioners and focused on outcomes, not volume—meaning we prioritize quality over quantity, spend more time with our patients, and are accountable for their health and well-being. Whether through our own senior-focused primary care clinics or our suite of integrated clinical solutions for health plans and provider groups, we are making value-based care more accessible and more effective. We help reduce avoidable healthcare costs, improve clinical outcomes, and create a best-in-class patient experience. If you're passionate about transforming healthcare and delivering meaningful care to those who need it most, Greater Good Health offers a purpose-driven, collaborative, and supportive environment where your work can make a lasting impact. The Role We are looking for a Director of Healthcare Analytics to join our evolving team and manage the processes responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. The Director of Healthcare Analytics will work closely with leaders across tech, product, operations, clinical performance and marketing to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. In this role, we expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. The ability to communicate and collaborate cross-lane effectively is essential. This role will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics. You will create and analyze reports to support clinical operations and present report findings to stakeholders and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes. The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units. As an early hire on our Analytics team, this role will come with a ton of autonomy, a broad scope, and will allow you to put your fingerprints on our analytics function as we build it from the ground up. From day one, you will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, and a lasting influence on our growth plans. Responsibilities
