Job Title: Director, Strategic Partnerships & Partner Success
Location: Remote (Preferred: SF Bay Area)
About Frame:
Frame is the first and only collaborative care model for fertility and family building, partnering with in-person care providers to provide the most comprehensive care and support to patients throughout the journey. Frame was inspired by the challenging fertility journey of its wife/husband co-founders and digital health experts, Jessica and Corey, who are dedicated to giving everyone the power to pursue parenthood confidently, and on their own terms. Founded in 2021, Frame has successfully established partnerships with some of the largest OBGYN and fertility clinic partners and raised funding from top venture capitalists in the space.
Role Description:
The Director, Strategic Partnerships & Partner Success will lead Frame’s strategy, execution, and ongoing operational management across our broader ecosystem partners—including pharma, labs, payers, and adjacent collaborators.
This is an end-to-end leadership role for a high-ownership operator. You will own the entire partner lifecycle: from sourcing and structuring deals to running day-to-day account operations, analyzing partner data, building executive-ready decks, and presenting impact both internally and externally. You are a peer to the Head of Customer Success and will operate with high autonomy—wearing both the "big picture strategist" and "hands-on account manager" hats in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
Your Opportunity:
- Define and Execute Partnership Strategy: Lead ecosystem strategy across pharma, labs, payers, and healthcare stakeholders to drive partner adoption, recurring revenue, and patient impact.
- Business Development & Deal Structuring: Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close new partnerships that expand Frame’s market presence and revenue base.
- Hands-on Account Management and Partner Success: Act as the primary, day-to-day relationship and account manager for key ecosystem partners. Build deep, trusted relationships and drive ongoing partner retention and expansion.
- Data Analysis & Executive Storytelling: Directly analyze partnership performance data, track ROI metrics, and build compelling, polished presentations/decks for executive-level reviews (QBRs, partner touchpoints, internal updates).
- Operational Execution & Delivery: Design and run the day-to-day operational workflows required to fulfill partner commitments. Ensure flawless delivery without relying on large support teams to do the heavy lifting.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Work closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing to translate partner feedback into product roadmaps and operational processes.
- Build Infrastructure for Scale: Establish KPIs, reporting cadence, and operational Playbooks that allow Frame to scale partnership operations efficiently as the company grows.
- NOTE: Some travel is expected; likely 1-2 trips / month to visit partners, attend conferences, etc.
What You’ll Bring to Frame:
- 5-10 years of total professional experience across business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or partner success—with 2-3+ years specifically in healthcare/digital health.
- Early-Stage Company Experience (Required): Proven track record of thriving in a lean, fast-paced startup environment. You know how to build from scratch, navigate ambiguity, and execute with minimal oversight and resources.
- Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Demonstrated ability to not just sell deals, but to run post-sale account management, day-to-day partner operations, and relationship health.
- Strong Analytical & Deck-Building Skills: Fluent in turning raw performance data into clear, visually crisp, executive-ready presentations and ROI stories (Google Slides/PowerPoint, Excel, dashboarding tools).
- Operational Grit: A true "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset. You enjoy diving into the operational details, organizing processes, and ensuring commitments are met on time.
Mission Alignment: Deep empathy for individuals on their fertility and family-building journey and a passion for transforming reproductive healthcare.
-
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience structuring complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare partnerships (pharma, provider, or payer ecosystems).
- Track record of scaling partnership revenue lines from early stage to mature growth.
- Based in or near SF Bay Area
