About Us

Frame is a virtual-first collaborative care platform for fertility and family building. Frame partners with healthcare providers and payers to provide holistic care, coaching, and 1:1 support for patients at any stage of their family-building journey. Inspired by its wife/husband co-founders, Jessica and Corey teamed up with top clinical experts to help others avoid the overwhelming infertility crisis that they experienced. Frame is building a better way, and we’re looking for team members who are hungry and excited to change the status quo in fertility and family building.

About the Frame Coach Role

A Frame Coach works remotely to provide high quality and compassionate coaching to people during their assisted reproductive technology journey. We are looking for folks who are passionate about and have a deep understanding of and proficiency in fertility, assisted reproductive technology, and women’s / reproductive health. Our ideal candidate leads with empathy, and has strong listening and communication skills. Certification from an accredited coach training program (as approved by the NBC-HWC) or a comparable certification is required (e.g., masters in nursing, social work, mental health).

We are currently hiring coaches to join our remote team. This is a unique, flexible position with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and the potential to increase over time. We need coaches who are also available to work at least 1-2 days after 5 pm EST (typically 5-7 pm EST) and the ability to do async messaging after hours and on weekends as needed. As a Frame Coach you will:

  • Empower our members to reach their fertility goals by helping them advocate for themselves, understand next steps in their journey, manage the fertility treatment process, when applicable, and feel fully supported and cared for every step of the way.
  • Effectively coach members via asynchronous messaging and 1:1 virtual sessions, utilizing the Frame assessment tools and methodology.
  • Curate educational resources that are personalized to each member and their fertility goals.
  • Communicate with members via text, email and phone to act as a sounding board, answer questions, provide emotional support and guide them through every stage of fertility preservation and/or family building through assisted reproductive technology.

What we’re looking for

  • 2-5+ experience in coaching or a related field (e.g., nursing at a fertility clinic, social work)
  • Experience supporting members/patients on their fertility journey is required (e.g., worked at a fertility clinic, ObGyn practice, other digital health company in the space)
  • You love a flexible schedule and have the ability to work at least 20 hours/week, and more when needed. Some evening and/or weekend hours are required so that we can respond to our members when they might need us most.
  • Empathetic and non judgemental. Fertility journeys involve unique challenges and we’re here to support our members through every twist and turn. Many of our coaches have been on this journey themselves!
  • Great communicators, especially in writing. We need to break down complicated topics quickly!
  • Exceptionally detail oriented and organized.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - we’re a startup!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in fertility, infertility or women's health
  • 2+ years of experience working as a health coach and/or a related field (e.g., social work)
  • B.S. Degree from an accredited institution
  • Relevant certification (NBC-HWC, social work, masters in nursing)
  • Ability to work after 5 pm EST at least 1-2 nights per week up to 7 pm EST
