About Elektra Health

Elektra Health is reimagining the midlife journey. Our proprietary model blends virtual clinical care with coaching support and provides patients with access to a community of peers. We focus on caring for people navigating the complex path from perimenopause through postmenopause. We build trust and engagement by offering a whole-person, patient-centered care approach.

Elektra has partnered with over 25 health plans and health systems to fill gaps in women's health, improve outcomes, and reduce costs. Elektra is in-network with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health plans to ensure broad access for as many women as possible.

Elektra Health is led by experienced industry executives and championed by renowned physicians. Our work has been covered by the New York Times, Fast Company, Forbes, Vogue, TechCrunch, WSJ, and Fortune.

About the role

We're hiring New York licensed advanced practice nurses (NPs and CNMs) to join our clinical team in delivering high-quality midlife women’s healthcare in a virtual setting. Our team is composed of physicians and advanced practice nurses representing multiple specialties, including family medicine, internal medicine, ob/gyn, reproductive health, family health, and nurse midwifery.

Our framework is built on recurring, shift-based schedules, covering weekday business hours (Eastern time zone) with the possibility of evening / weekend hours. We hold regular clinical team meetings during the week.

We are currently hiring into a 24 hr / wk contractor (hourly) role, with a potential path to full-time commitment (salary + benefits).

We encourage you to apply if you're an empathetic, mission-driven healthcare professional who aligns with Elektra’s values. We seek someone comfortable with a dynamic, early-stage startup environment who is able to work independently and collaboratively within a remote setting.
