The Sales Operations Analyst is a critical member of ClearDATA ’s GTM organization, supporting Sales, Solutions Architecture, Partnerships, Customer Success, and BDR teams with data, insights, and operational rigor. This role combines technical expertise (Power BI, Salesforce reporting), GTM process understanding, and business acumen to improve forecast accuracy, strengthen pipeline discipline, and enable executive-level insight for the CRO organization. It focuses on operationalizing ClearDATA’s revenue engine, ensuring data integrity, driving predictable forecasting, and providing dashboards and analytics that unlock growth across the business, playing a pivotal role in enabling our go-to-market teams to operate efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and scale our revenue operations. Owns the end-to-end development and communication of actionable insights to sales leadership, with guidance on strategy and business analytics, leading best practices in sales analytics and metrics to guide and improve sales processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Actionable Insights: Analyze trends, deal progression, conversion rates, and performance metrics to help Sales, CS, Solutions Architects, Partnerships, and the CRO team make better decisions.
  • Build and Maintain Dashboards: Create and optimize Salesforce and PowerBI dashboards that give Sales and GTM leaders clear visibility into pipeline, forecast, and revenue performance.
  • Support Forecasting & Pipeline Health: Participate in forecast calls, ensure data accuracy and stage hygiene, and surface risks or gaps in active opportunities.
  • Drive Data Integrity: Enforce Salesforce data standards, conduct regular audits, and ensure clean, complete, and reliable data across the GTM organization.
  • Enable GTM Execution: Support key revenue initiatives by supplying analytics, reporting, and operational support that improves sales effectiveness and deal velocity.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, CSM, BDR, Solutions, Partnerships, and Marketing to align reporting and analytics with business needs.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or related field (SaaS or MSSP preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong understanding of SaaS KPIs, pipeline mechanics, MEDDPICC concepts, and forecasting models.
  • Ability to translate complex data into insights and stories that influence executives.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards (admin-level proficiency preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Familiarity with MSSP/MDR metrics, cloud consumption models, and security sales lifecycles.
  • Power BI automation, SQL experience, or Salesforce admin certification.
  • Prior experience driving forecast discipline and pipeline rigor in enterprise sales organizations.
