What You’ll Do
- Administer Salesforce for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams — including user management, data quality, workflows, and system configuration.
- Maintain data integrity by enforcing best practices around data entry, deduplication, and validation rules.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and key GTM systems (HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, AdobeSign, and others), ensuring accurate and timely data flow.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing Operations, and Finance to support sales, top of funnel, and billing processes.
- Drive process automation by streamlining lead management, opportunity workflows, and approval paths to improve team efficiency.
- Manage system permissions, profiles, and roles while maintaining compliance with ClearDATA’s internal security and HIPAA requirements.
- Document processes and provide training to ensure consistent usage and adoption of tools across all GTM teams.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure platform security and compliance
- Support the deployment and maintenance of sales enablement and analytics tools, ensuring seamless interoperability
- Collaborate with RevOps leadership to identify system enhancements, reporting gaps, and opportunities for better alignment between teams.
What You’ll Need
- 2–5 years of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud required; CPQ experience preferred).
- Salesforce Platform Administrator certification required; Salesforce Platform Administrator II and CPQ Admin a plus
- Demonstrated experience integrating and maintaining GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clari.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, Salesforce Set Up, and integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and system integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience building complex reports and dashboards for executive and operational audiences.
- Understanding of Apex, SOQL, and APIs.
- History of successful complex multi-step Lightning Flow design, testing and implementation
- Experience with CPQ systems, lead scoring, and account-based marketing integrations.

- Base salary: $85,000
