Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the CyberHealth Platform. Identify opportunities to enhance security and compliance capabilities based on market trends and customer needs, including integration with ClearDATA’s Managed Services.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their security, compliance, and operational requirements. Partner with product managers, customer success, managed services, and sales teams to translate customer insights into impactful product improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, services, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to define, document, and prioritize requirements based on market research and customer feedback. Provide support and clear communication to internal stakeholders to maintain high levels of satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Market Analysis & Positioning: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our product remains competitive. Articulate the unique value proposition of our evolving platform to stakeholders.
  • Metrics & Performance: Define KPIs for product performance and customer success, regularly evaluating and reporting on the product’s impact on business goals, customer adoption, and satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and prioritize development efforts.
  • Up to 10% travel for customer and stakeholder meetings, product research, or team off-sites.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud security, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing complex security, compliance, or risk management products, preferably in the cloud or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of CSPM, compliance frameworks, and security operations preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, balancing technical and strategic needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
