Our team is focused on building technology-enabled solutions to deliver clinical and non-clinical services in-home or in-office. The Cayaba Care care model focuses on integration not replacement of patients’ primary Obstetric provider and reducing any barriers to the patient receiving the recommended care.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced outside sales and business development representative, who specializes in engaging with local provider groups, hospitals, and additional healthcare organizations to drive increased leads, referrals, and member engagement to join our growing team. This role will be the Provider-Facing Cayaba Care representative in the field, responsible for enhancing program visibility, planning engagement strategies and events, driving referral growth, and building senior-level relationships with OB/GYN large practice organizations in the metro Philadelphia area.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish formal engagement strategies to maximize the collaboration with provider organization partners, ensuring a consistent and robust patient lead volume
  • Work in the field to generate high volume and high-quality patient referrals from external partner organizations such as doctor offices, hospitals, and community organizations.
  • Initiate and manage provider and practice profiles using referral patterns and data to analyze and report on the performance/ efficiency
  • Build referral relationships with both clinical and non-clinical representatives, emphasizing face-to-face contact
  • Share performance reports reflecting referral patterns, member enrollment, and outcome data
  • Support conceptual and operational development of referral processes that meet the needs of both the individual offices and the Cayaba Care team

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Excellent professional skills including relationship development, organization, oral and written communication, public presentation, and project management experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Minimum 4 years of direct sales or business development experience - prior healthcare/provider system experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for developing a differentiated and consistent brand voice and tone
  • Authorized to work and located in the United States
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health-related field
  • Have established relationships and local knowledge of the larger Philadelphia healthcare delivery system
  • Understanding of Value-Based Care experience
  • Willing to Travel and has a vehicle and DL
