About the Role:
The Provider Growth Associate role at Beaming Health is an opportunity to make a big impact on a growing business. You will be directly responsible for day-to-day management of our Provider Growth function and report to Phil McHugh, our Co-Founder and Head of Growth. At a high-level, you will be responsible for helping recruit and onboard providers. As you build expertise, you’ll contribute directly to strategic decision-making in our growth, product, and go-to-market efforts.
Expectations:
- Provider Recruitment:
- Identify pediatric speech and occupational therapists who could be a good fit for Beaming’s network of independent providers
- Build outreach campaigns to nurture potential leads and explain the benefits of working with Beaming
- Attend and represent Beaming Health at provider happy hours, conferences, grad school fairs, and other provider-focused events
- Continuously identify, suggest, and implement new ways to reach providers
- Manage and update our CRM to ensure outreach is targeted and organized
- Provider Onboarding
- Complete introductory calls, understanding the needs of a provider and determining if they are a good fit for the Beaming network
- Guide providers through the application process and prepare them for onboarding and credentialing
- Work with growing clinics to onboard new employees and prepare them to see clients through Beaming
About You:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- People-person, with natural ability to connect with others
- Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced environment (high-growth startup, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and humility (willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, nothing is “below you”)
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage many tasks and relationships simultaneously
- Desire to be surrounded by others who are smart, driven, and curious
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for working on something that makes a difference in the world
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist (or personal connection)
- Willingness to drive to meet people in-person
Other Logistics:
This is a full-time, fully-virtual role. Our team is spread out across multiple time zones. We value flexibility (our team is spread out across multiple time zones, with team members in California, Colorado, Minnesota, New York and Ukraine). Given our distributed team, we make an effort to have dedicated time together and we value time together (quarterly team on-sites to build relationships among our team).
