A TEAM OF DIFFERENCE MAKERS:
We are currently seeking a summer intern to work with our product team on the development and performance of Author Health’s care programs for patients and/or their caregivers. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program development and operations, project coordination, and mental health care delivery within a fast-paced startup environment.
WHAT IS YOUR SUPERPOWER?
- Assist in Program Development: Collaborate with a cross-functional stakeholder team to develop and refine care programs, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative approaches.
- Program Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day to day program operations as well as implement and test new program features, ensuring alignment with user needs, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution and tracking of key initiatives related to programs including timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to program outcomes, participant feedback, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and iteration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitation communication and coordination among internal teams, external partners, and program participants to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the program.
WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:
- 3+ years prior work experience, ideally in healthcare, consulting, product or operations.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program (or enrolled to start MBA program in Fall 2024)
- Strong interest in healthcare and working in a startup environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to take on new challenges with enthusiasm
Physical requirements include ability to use a computer and sitting for extended periods of time.
This internship will run from June 3rd, 2024 - Mid August , 2024.
